PURPOSE: A method and a system for manufacturing a hidden picture puzzles image are provided to manufacture the hidden picture puzzles image automatically by comparing a prepared background image with an object image as a hidden picture puzzles object. CONSTITUTION: A storage(10) stores a background image and an object image as a hidden picture puzzles object. A shape matcher(20) compares the background image with the object image to decide the rotation quantity of the object image and a location where the object image is inserted into the background image. An image inserter(30) inserts the object image into the background image according to the decided location and rotation quantity.
